¿Cómo ha influido el COVID en la actividad de obras y servicios?

Si observamos la actividad de las obras y servicios gestionados por Nalanda podemos comprobar que durante el primer semestre de 2020 la actividad disminuyó más de un 40% sobre 2019 (2.347 de este año, frente a los 3.403 del año anterior).

Esta caída se explica, lógicamente, por la diminución de las obras y servicios gestionados en marzo, abril y mayo con motivo de la crisis del COVID y del estado de alarma. Pero hay un dato que puede invitar al optimismo: la recuperación de la actividad se puede ver que comienza en junio, donde el número de obras y servicios gestionados supera ya incluso las cifras de enero y febrero, meses en los que todos los años suele haber mucha actividad.

Por comunidades autónomas, Madrid (19,4%), Andalucía (17%)  y la Comunidad Valenciana (14%) son las regiones con más obras y servicios gestionados durante este primer semestre de 2020, seguidas por Baleares, Cataluña, País Vasco y Galicia.

Buyer

  • When as a contractor you want to receive documentation from your subcontractors

  • When as the main contractor, you must send your documentation and/or that of all your subcontractors to your promoter/property.
  • When as a supplier/seller/contractor, you must issue invoices to your clients / contractors / public administration electronically
  • When as a provider of goods / services you must send your documentation / information of approval and / or compliance according to the demands of your clients
